SUGGESTED INGREDIENTS: SELECT YOUR FAVORITES (SERVES 4-10)
Cheeses:
- Blue Cheese / Gorgonzola
- Aged Cheddar
- Port Wine cheese spread
Meats:
- Dry Genoa salami
- Spanish Chorizo
Nuts & Dried Fruits:
- Roasted almonds
- Pecan halves
- Dried dates, pitted & halved
Accompaniments:
- Seeded crackers
- Flat pretzel crisps
- Honey with drizzler stick

PREPARATION
Start with a board of your choice & a few small bowls.
- First, place the bowls on the board; then add meats & cheese.
- Fill the bowls with nuts, dried fig halves, cheese spread & honey.
- Cheeses can be cubed, sliced or served as a wedge with knife or small spatula. Meats are best served sliced.
- Arrange the meats, cheeses, crackers & pretzel crisps around the bowls.
